Messaging Genetec Mobile users - Genetec Mobile

You can send messages to other mobile users using the Genetec™ Mobile app.

To start a new conversation with a mobile user:

1. From the Maps page, tap ().
2. In the Search field, enter the username of the mobile user you want to message, and select the user from the list.
3. Tap the Write something field and enter your message.
   
4. Tap Send.

To continue a previous conversation with a mobile user, do the following:

1. Tap () to open the user menu, then tap () to open your inbox.
2. Tap the conversation you want to continue.
3. Tap the Reply field and enter your message.
4. Tap Send.
