Viewing system diagnostics in Genetec Mobile - Genetec Mobile

System diagnostics in Genetec™ Mobile provide information on the actions performed and issues encountered by the application. You can view and share system diagnostics logs from your device.

1. Tap (), and then tap Settings.
2. Tap Advanced.
3. In the Support section, tap Show diagnostics.
   The system diagnostics are displayed.
4. To share the system diagnostics, tap .
5. Choose how you want to share the diagnostics.
   • Copy the diagnostics to your device's clipboard
   • Send the diagnostics as a text message
   • Send the diagnostics as an email
   NOTE: Your device might support additional options for sharing diagnostics.
