When you open a support case or contact Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center (GTAC), you might need the Third-Party ALPR build number.
The build number is displayed on the About page of your Third-Party ALPR client applications running on the Directory server or expansion server.
NOTE: If the plugin version you are using is not shown here, refer to
the plugin guide with the highest version that is still less than the version you
are currently using. This ensures that you are viewing updates and changes that apply to
your version without including any information from newer versions that you have not yet
installed.
