Unable to update Security Center.
Tip: To get all log files and configurations files necessary
to investigate any Genetec Update Service issues in a zip file, click the Get
troubleshooting data in the Settings tab
Advanced settings section. For more information, see Configuring Advanced settings
Solution
To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Make sure that you have enough Disk Space to complete the operation
- If Security Center services are running under a specific user account, make sure to specify the same account credentials when installing Security Center with GUS.
