To enable calls to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) devices from Genetec™ Web App, you must install and configure the Sipelia™ Gateway plugin in Security Center.

Before you begin

Install Sipelia 2.14 or later on your Security Center system.

Procedure

  1. Add the Sipelia and Sipelia Gateway plugin roles.
    For more information, see Adding the Sipelia and Sipelia Gateway plugin roles on the TechDoc Hub.
  2. Enable Sipelia Gateway for Web App users.

After you finish

Sign in to the Genetec™ Web App. A call () icon is now displayed in the notification tray.
