To keep your system secure, it is recommended to log off Genetec™ Web App whenever you leave your computer unattended.

What you should know

Depending on your company's security policies, the Genetec Web App might be configured to log you off automatically after 12 hours of inactivity.
IMPORTANT: Closing the browser window does not log you off the Genetec Web App.

Procedure

  1. From the vertical menu, click the user icon ().
  2. Click Log off.
