Using the Genetecâ„¢ Web App watch list, you can monitor access control events from doors and readers, and camera-related events in real time.

What you should know

To monitor your desired events, you must add the entities that trigger these events to the watch list. You can access your watch list from any Genetec Web App page by clicking the Watch list icon in the notification tray.

The Watch list icon displays the number of missed events since the side pane was last closed. Opening the Watch list pane resets the tray number to zero. A maximum of 250 events can be displayed at a time. Events are visible in the watch list for a maximum of 15 minutes. To view older events, generate a unified report.

    • Click Add to watch list (White binoculars) from the command menu of any entity.
