To configure SIP settings for Hanwha TID-600R devices, do the following:

  1. Under Intercom, go to the Account section.

  2. In Account list, click Add.

    The Add account dialog box opens.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the account.

  4. In the User ID and Authentication ID fields, enter the extension number that was assigned when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.

  5. In the Password field, enter the password that was set when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.

  6. In the Domain Name field, enter the IP address of the Sipelia™ Server

  7. Click Ok.

  8. Click Apply.


Configuring video settings for the Hanwha TID-600R intercom

To configure video settings for the Hanwha TID-600R device, do the following:

  1. Under Basic, go to the Video Profile section.

  2. From the Video Profile list, select VoIP.

  3. In the Name field, enter VoIP.

  4. From the Profile type list, select VoIP profile.

  5. In Profile properties, configure the Resolution, Frame rate, and Maximum bitrate for your device.
