To ensure that the Hanwha TID-600R is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions
Checking the Hanwha TID-600R intercom’s registration to Sipelia
The device web page, under Intercom, in the Account section, the Sipelia server should appear as Available.
In Config Tool, under the VoIP Inventory task, the device should appear as Available.
Calling the Hanwha TID-600R intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book.

If you press the button on the Hanwha TID-600R intercom, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
