You can retrieve configured users from the Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel, and then map them to cardholders in Security Center.

Before you begin

Create cardholders with at least one PIN credential each.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. Expand the Intrusion Manager role from the entity browser, and select the intrusion detection unit you want to configure.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. In the User mappings section, click Pull from panel.
    The user mappings table is now populated with the intrusion panel users, but no users are mapped to any cardholders yet.
  5. Click Map users to map all the unmapped panel users displayed in the user mappings table, and then click Apply.

Results

The Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel users are now mapped to Security Center cardholders, and are displayed in the user mappings table.
