You assign Security Center alarms to input
events from the panel so that the people responsible for responding to the situation are
notified in the Alarm monitoring task of Security Desk.
Before you begin
- Add the inputs that you want to monitor in Security Center.
- Make sure that the inputs are assigned to the correct area.
What you should know
If no alarm is set for an intrusion, the default alarm of the linked area
triggers.
Procedure

From the Config Tool homepage,
open the Intrusion detection task.

Select a Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel from the entity browser, click the
Inputs tab, and select an input.

In the Alarms section, assign Security Center alarms to
Intrusion, Tamper,
Bypass, and Mask events that are
triggered by inputs.
The list of alarms to choose from is the same list configured in the
Alarms task in Config Tool.

Click Apply.
