You can exclude a cardholder to prevent it from being added to the intrusion panel, or delete the cardholder from the panel if it was already imported.

Procedure
- From the Config Tool homepage, open the Intrusion detection task.
- Expand the Intrusion Manager role from the entity browser, and select the intrusion detection unit you want to configure.
- Click the Users tab.

In the Excluded cardholders section, click
Insert an item (
).
- From the dialog box that opens, select the cardholders that you want to exclude, and then click OK.
- Click Apply.
Results
NOTE: Removing cardholders from the
Excluded cardholders list does not automatically re-add
them to the user mappings table and the panel unless they are part of a mapped
cardholder group and the Synchronize with user mappings
option is enabled.
