Importing Honeywell Galaxy Intrusion Panel entities - Honeywell Galaxy Intrusion Panel 3.2.0

Using the Honeywell Galaxy Intrusion Panel extension, users can to import unit configurations from Honeywell's Remote Servicing Suite (RSS) software into Security Center.

1. From the Config Tool homepage, open the Intrusion detection task.
2. In the entity browser, expand the intrusion manager role and select a Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel.
3. Click on the Import tab.
4. Click the Choose button and select the MDB file that contains the elements you would like to import.
   IMPORTANT: Areas, inputs, modules and outputs cannot be imported if the description field in the MDB file is empty.
5. From the Found sites list, select the site you would like to import.
   The To unit dialog box displays the intrusion detection unit that will receive the imported data.

   

6. Configure the Override entities option.
   • When Override entities is set to OFF, entities that already exist in the extension are not be imported.
   • When Override entities name is set to OFF, the import will not override existing entity names.
7. Click Import.
