If you have lost or did not save the app key used to connect with your PERCEPT Gateway, you can refer to IONODDES' documentation to get a new app key. You can also reach out to IONODES for assistance.
Cause
You did not save or have lost your PERCEPT Cloud app key.
NOTE: You
might need your app key more than once for the following reasons among others:
- You might want to share the app key between plugin instances.
- An organization could have been deleted by accident and need to be added again.
- You are reinstalling the plugin and want to save time by adding the same app key instead of getting a new one.
