[KBA-79072] Live or playback feed is frozen on computers running Intel 11th Gen and Intel Xe graphics card

On new computers with an Intel 11th Gen processor and an Intel XE Iris graphics card, canvas tiles are black in Security Desk, and live and playback video remains frozen while the timeline keeps moving.

Cause

A Microsoft WPF/Intel driver bug (bug 4013495876).

Workaround

Download Beta driver 30.0.100.9667 or later from the Intel website.

Status

This issue is resolved in Beta driver 30.0.100.9667 and later.
