[KBA-79185] Key Systems Security Asset Manager alarms not available in French

This article explains how all alarms created by the Key Systems Security Asset Manager plugin don’t work on systems with the language set to French.

This issue only affects alarms created by the plugin. All Key Systems Security Asset Manager reports function as intended.

Applies to

Key Systems Security Asset Manager plugin version 3.0.277.0.

Cause

An issue with the code used to identify which alarm to trigger.

Workaround

Keep the Security Center language set to English.

If this workaround isn’t possible, contact the Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center for assistance.

Status

This issue is resolved in Key Systems Security Asset Manager plugin 3.0.1.
