Before you install the plugin, make sure that the ports used by the KONE group controllers are open. The default port used by KONE group controllers is 2005, however; this may be different based on how the group controllers have been configured.
IMPORTANT: The protocol used by KONE Destination Dispatch does not require authentication or
authorization to connect. The plugin should be deployed on the same subnet as the
KONE Group Controllers within a closed network.
