The Key Systems Security Asset Manager plugin integrates third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets, assets, and cardholders into Security Center.

To enable this, the plugin connects to cabinets through a proxy. For cabinets that are located on the same network, a local proxy is used. For cabinets that are located on a remote network, a remote proxy is used.

After the connection is established, you can import your third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets into Security Center. Your third-party assets, cardholders and cardholder groups are also imported as part of this process. After a cabinet is imported, Security Center becomes the only software that manages the cabinet. This includes the creation of cardholders and access rules. At this point, the web interface of cabinets can no longer be used.

In Security Center, you can merge individual assets into asset groups. You can also apply access rules to individual assets or asset groups.

Using Security Desk, operators can monitor cabinets, view the status of assets, and investigate past events.
