If a configured cardholder is unable to access an asset that they should have access to, a warning message is triggered.

For a cardholder to have their access rights pushed to a cabinet, they must have the following:
  • A valid access rule in the Access rules page of the plugin.
  • An eligible PIN or card credential (based on the cabinet authentication mode).
  • Access to at least one asset from a cabinet.

This cabinet does not support multiple schedules for the same cardholder. The cardholder has been assigned multiple access rules with different schedules.
  • Assign the cardholder to a single access rule.
  • Share the same schedule across all access rules.
  • Remove the access rule from the Access rules tab.
This cabinet does not support deny access rules. The cardholder has been assigned a deny access rule. Remove the deny access rule from the Access rules tab.
Unsupported time coverage in one or more schedules. Ensure that each day in a schedule is made up of continuous block of time. The cardholder has been assigned an access rule tied with a schedule not made of a continuous block of time. Remove any gaps from the schedule, or change to a continuous schedule.
Duplicate cardholder PINs detected.
  • The cabinet authentication involves a PIN.
  • Multiple cardholders share the same PIN value for a given cabinet.
Assign distinct PINs to every cardholder who has access to the cabinet.
Multiple card credentials found. Unable to identify which card to use. Ensure that the cardholder has only one credential that matches the cabinet's card format.
