To view the status of your Key Systems Security Asset Manager assets, you can generate reports using the Key Systems assets task in Security Desk.
Procedure

From the homepage in Security Desk, open the Key Systems
assets task.
- In the Entities section, select the assets that you want information about.
- (Optional) To only view assets that have been removed from their cabinet, in the Custom filter section, select the Only show removed assets option.

Click Generate report.
Information about the assets you selected is listed in the report pane. The following columns are available for the report:
- Cabinet
- The cabinet that the asset belongs to.
- Asset
- The name of the asset.
- Asset position
- The position of the asset in the cabinet.
- Asset status
- Indicates whether or not the asset is available.
- Cardholder
- The cardholder in possession of the asset.
- Latest removal date
- The time stamp of when the asset was last removed from the cabinet.
- Latest return date
- The time stamp of when the asset was last returned from the cabinet.
