Using the Key Systems Security Asset Manager plugin, you can integrate third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets, assets, and cardholders into Security Center.
Administrator tasks using Config Tool
You can use the plugin to do the following:
- Connect to third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets on the same network through a proxy installed on the plugin server (local proxy), or on a different network through a proxy installed on another server (remote proxy).
- Import Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets, assets, cardholders, and cardholder groups into to Security Center.
- Rename third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager assets in Security Center.
- Group third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager assets together.
- Configure access rules to define when cardholders and cardholder groups can access third-party Key Systems Security Asset Manager assets.
- Map cameras to cabinets.
Operator tasks using Security Desk
- Monitor cabinets and assets so operators can receive events in real time. This includes when assets are removed or returned, or when cabinets are opened or closed.
- Generate Key Systems reports. This includes reports on the status of assets, or past events related to cabinets and assets.
- Playback video related to events coming from the system in Security Desk.
