Cause
The Maximum CPU limit for the KiwiVision Analyzer role has been exceeded. 
Solution
Do one of the following:
- Add more KiwiVision analyzer roles to distribute the load.
- Reduce the video size or frame rate.
- Reduce the analytics capacity.
