Resolved issues are software issues from previous releases that have been fixed in the current release.
The KiwiVision™ plugin 3.1 integration includes the following resolved issues.

| 1258310 | The plugin cannot handle some YUV420 video formats, and the plugin might end abnormally or cause a system loop when processing these video formats. |
| 1261323 | Diagnostic information is not properly generated when StreamAnalyser.exe running on Security Center 5.7 abnormally ends. |
| 1284498 | Config Tool: When switching between streams in the Intrusion detector tab on the KiwiVision analytics page, the StreamProcessor (Genetec.Plugins.Kiwi.StreamProcessor.exe) can sometimes end abnormally. |
| 1508610 | The Genetec.Plugins.Kiwi.StreamProcessor.exe is not automatically restarted on KiwiVision Analyzer roles. The GenetecPlugin.exe must be manually restarted to restart the analytic sub-process. |
| 1638041 | In Intrusion mode, when fast movement is compared to the configured block size, movement in the alarm region can trigger an event without moving through the source region first. Activity outside the source region does not trigger an alarm. |
