Unable to connect to KiwiVision™ SQL server database.

Cause

Unable to connect to KiwiVision™ SQL server database because of a database connection failure.

You might encounter one or more of the following messages:
  • Unable to connect
  • Connecting
  • Database connection failure

Solution

Best Practice: Ensure that the SQL server databases across all systems use the same database version. For example, the SQL version installed with Security Center.
  • Check SQL server database permissions.
  • Check that TCP/IP is enabled.
