KiwiVision™ for Security Center 5.11.0.0 includes the following known issues.

2545468 When the KiwiVision™ Analyzer role fails over to a secondary server, if the secondary server has an older plugin version installed, analysis no longer works correctly and the role does not fall back to the main server when it comes back online.

2911427 When deleting the KiwiVision™ Manager role database from the Config Tool Resources page, the deletion might fail and the database gets stuck in the Connecting state.
Workaround: Deactivate the KiwiVision™ Manager role and all KiwiVision™ analyzer roles before deleting the database.
People Counter 3181412 No error message is displayed in the Analyzer role or Config Tool when video streaming fails.
Security video analytics 3189965 After upgrading from 4.4 or 4.5 to 4.6 or 4.7, scenarios might not be locked to previously set Analyzers and moved under a different Analyzer.
People Counter 3190557 Cameras might be removed from the People counting and Crowd estimation widgets after closing and re-opening Security Desk.
Privacy Protector 3191045 When using a KiwiVision™ demo license that only includes Privacy Protector with no video analytics, people counter, or camera integrity monitor, the KiwiVision™ Manager displays a Could not find file with certificate error message.
