Object detection analytics can be used with optical or thermal cameras. The recommended object size varies depending on the lighting conditions.

Refer to the values listed in the following table as guidelines:

  • Indoor scenario: Height or width of an object should be greater than 20 pixels
  • Outdoor scenario: Height or width of an object should be greater than 50 pixels
