Using the Camera Integrity Monitor widget in Security Desk, you can monitor cameras that have active tampering events.

The Camera Integrity Monitor widget has three different view options: summary, details, and review.

Summary

This view shows a pie chart of cameras according to their tampering status. The pie chart only includes cameras that are configured for integrity monitoring.

Details

This view shows a list of cameras that have active tampering events. Each tampering event shows the following information:

Camera
The name of the camera for which the tampering event was triggered.
Reference thumbnail
Used as a baseline for comparison with the event thumbnail or current view. The thumbnail is fetched from the camera's Identity page in Config Tool.
Event thumbnail
Shows the camera image that triggered the tampering alert.
Current view
Shows the live view of the camera.
Date
The date and time when the tampering event occurred.

You can reset the cameras individually or all at once. Click a thumbnail in the Current column to update it with the current view of the camera.

Review

This view shows the reference thumbnail, event thumbnail, and current view of cameras that have active tampering events.

You can review tampering alerts and reset the cameras individually. Click a thumbnail in the Current column to update it with the current view of the camera.
