KiwiVision™ for Security Center 5.12.0.0 includes the following known issues.

| People Counter | 3387333 | Events are sometimes not created when a person crosses a counting line, despite
the line flashing orange. This occurs when the KiwiVision™ Analyzer role has GPU
support enabled and the People Counter module has the Top down
(fast) detection preset enabled. Workaround: Disable GPU
support for the KiwiVision Analyzer role.

| People Counter | 3336173 | When configuring the People Counter module on Streamvault Edge™ cameras, the
tooltip fails to explain that overlays are not supported. Workaround: None.

| Security video analytics | 3238869 | If the camera has two linked scenarios and its resolution settings change,
overlays disappear from video tiles in the Monitoring
task. Workaround: None.

3239069 | Additional outlines are displayed in area overlays with shapes that have
multiple interior angles. Workaround: None.

2545468 | If the KiwiVision Analyzer role fails over to a secondary server that has an
older plugin version installed, the Security video analytics and People Counter
modules stop working as expected. Also, the role fails to fall back to the main
server when it comes back online. Workaround: Restart the KiwiVision
Analyzer role.
