If an MCE Sentry reader is unable to detect cardholder credentials, the Use MCE Sentry readers option may be disabled in the plugin.
Symptoms
When a cardholder swipes their credential at an MCE Sentry reader, nothing happens.
Causes
The Use MCE Sentry readers toggle in the Properties page of the plugin is set to OFF.
Solutions
In the Plugins task, navigate to , and turn on the Use MCE Sentry readers option.
