What you should know

Typically, the plugin and the Genetec™ Medeco XT Key Programmer service run on separate machines. The plugin and Key Programmer service must be the same version number.

Procedure

  1. From Windows Control Panel, open Apps & features.
  2. Search for Genetec.
  3. Select an application from the list.
  4. Take note of the application's version number.
