Bypassing the maximum credential revalidation period - Medeco XT 3.1

Before you can set a cardholder's revalidation to a period longer than the maximum defined in the plugin properties, you must enable the bypass feature on the credential.

1. From the Config Tool or Security Desk homepage, open the Credential management task.
2. Select the credential you want to bypass the maximum revalidation period for.
3. In the Medeco XT section, select the Bypass revalidation limit check box and enter the revalidation period you want to set.
   
   
   

   NOTE: The maximum possible revalidation period is 3650 days, which is equivalent to 10 years.
4. Click Apply.
