Mercury controllers can be upgraded to firmware 2.4.0 using the Synergis™ Appliance Portal or the Hardware inventory task in Config Tool.

You can upgrade your Mercury LP and MP controller directly to 2.4.0.
CAUTION:
Upgrading Mercury LP controllers from firmware 1.31.0 can take up to an hour. During upgrade, doors won't operate as expected.
