When you complete a mustering exercise or encounter an issue with your mustering station, you can clear all entries already in the mustering report pane to restart mustering.

Procedure

  1. From the home page in Security Desk or Config Tool, open the Mustering task.
  2. Click Restart mustering.
  3. In the Restart the mustering dialog box, click Yes.

Results

All entries in the report pane are cleared, and the cardholders are removed from the areas they were moved to.
