If a person cannot badge their credential to confirm that they have physically reached
the mustering area, you can manually move their cardholder to the mustering area using the
Mustering task.
What you should know
When you manually move cardholders to a mustering area, their entry in the report pane
lacks the credential raw data and credential names. If the cardholder badges onto the USB
reader later, the entry is updated with the credential information.
Procedure

From the home page in Security
Desk
or Config
Tool, open the
Mustering task.

Click
Move
manually.

In the Select cardholders to move dialog box, select a cardholder
and click OK.
Results
The selected cardholder is moved to the mustering area, and a new entry is added to the
report pane.
