Discover the reports added to Security Center by the OnGuard plugin. You can investigate the events and alarms forwarded by the intrusion panels by using several of the reports available in Security Desk.
Supported Security Center reports
The following reports are available for use with the OnGuard plugin. These reports are available from the Security Desk Tasks page.
- Access control health history
- Access control unit events
- Cardholder access rights
- Cardholder activities
- Credential activities
- Credential configuration
- Door activities
- Visitor activities
NOTE: Due to a limitation in how OnGuard sends events to Security Center, it can take up to 30 seconds for the OnGuard system to detect network interruptions, which might cause
events to be lost. To minimize the possibility of issues, it is a best practice to install
the proxy on the OnGuard server.
