The Pay-by-Plate Sync 5.5 plugin includes the following known issues.

the default port and no warning message is displayed to indicate
that the port is already in use by the first Pay-by-Plate plugin
instance. This behavior prevents a third-party client to connect

plugin instance, manually enter a different port number.
