You can modify the automation workflow activities of the pre-configured incident types available in the JSON package.

What you should know

You can modify details such as delay timer, email recipients, email content, and so on, to meet your requirements.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool, select the Incident configuration task.
  2. In the Incident configuration tab, select the incident you want to modify.
  3. Click the Automation tab.
  4. Click the required workflow activity and make the necessary modifications.
  5. Click Apply to save your modifications.
