If required, you can change the IP address and port of an existing alarm
receiver.
What you should know
When there are multiple alarm receivers, make sure that each
receiver has a unique port number, even if the receivers are on different IP
addresses.Procedure

From the Config
Tool home page, open
the Intrusion detection task.

Select the alarm receiver from the entity tree.

Click the Properties tab.

In the Connection configuration section, change the IP
address and the port number.
NOTE: If you are using a DSC Sur-Gard receiver over a serial connection, you can
change the COM port.

Click Apply.
Results
The unit goes online when an event is received from the receiver, which will most
likely be the receiver's heartbeat message.
