The Records Management Systems Connector plugin integrates with RMS providers to display a list of people associated with a particular address or location. Users can search Genetec Citigraf™ or the unified report and retrieve a list of individuals.
You can use the plugin to do the following:
- Connect your with Security Center.
- Perform location or address-based searches using your RMS from Security Center.
- Automatically view related people in a investigation. People are considered related when they are associated with the same location.
Administrator tasks using Config Tool
You can use the plugin to do the following:
- Enter the connection information from your RMS, like endpoint information and login credentials.
- Configure search parameters and preferences.
- Select which Security Center users have access to information provided by your records management system.
Operator tasks using Security Desk
- Generate a Security Center unified report showing information about the people included in your RMS.
- Conduct investigations involving people included in your RMS.
