The path of a target is stored as coordinates and timestamps in the plugin database. By default, the target's history is stored indefinitely. However, you can define the retention to be a specified duration so that older data is removed from the database.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. Select the Restricted Security Area Surveillance role, and then click the Properties tab.
  3. Under Retention period, do one of the following:
    • Select Indefinitely to keep all target path information. This is the default.
    • In the For day(s) box, enter the number of days to keep target path information.
