When the maximum number of targets allowed on a map is reached, the RSA Surveillance plugin stops tracking new targets. Operators must acknowledge existing targets for new ones to be detected.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. Select the Restricted Security Area Surveillance role, and then click the Properties tab.
  3. In the Maximum unacknowledged targets field, enter a number from 100 to 1000. The default value is 200.
  4. Click Apply.
