The Restricted Security Area Surveillance plugin 4.2 includes the following known issues.
Issue | First reported in | Description |
---|---|---|
2579389 | 3.6 | After deleting the polygon linked to an RSA zone in the Map
designer task, the RSA zone remains online and linked to the map on the
Zones page of the RSA Surveillance plugin role. Workaround: Deactivate the RSA Surveillance plugin role, and
then reactivate it.
|
2578664 | 3.6 | After manually creating an RSA zone and linking it to a map in the
Map designer task, the RSA zone remains offline. Workaround: Deactivate the RSA Surveillance
plugin role, and then reactivate. Or arm the RSA zone twice from the
Maps task in Security
Desk.
|
2362833 | 3.5 | The scroll bar of the RSA Notifications list in the
Security
Desk notification tray is
sometimes missing. Workaround: Pin the RSA
Notifications list, and then unpin it.
|
1758189 | 3.0 | In the RSA investigation report,
sometimes the target and path of a fused target do not display on a map. Workaround: Refresh the map by moving the map
around.
|
1704881 | 3.0 | In the RSA investigation task, the area you draw on the map is a diamond shape, not a rectangle. This happens because a drawn area is always oriented North, but the map is oriented in a direction other than North. |
1411526 | 3.0 | OPTEX: In the Add tracking system wizard, on the
Specific configuration page, after you click the map to place
an OPTEX laser, if you click the + or
- buttons to change the zoom level, the laser is moved to a
different position. Workaround: Zoom in and out as required, and then place
the laser on the map.
|
1027584 | 1.1 | After adding a zone to a new map, the zone list of the RSA plugin does not
refresh and the new map does not display in the linked maps for this zone. Workaround: Close the Maps task, and then reopen
it.
