The Restricted Security Area Surveillance plugin 4.2 includes the following known limitations.

Issue First reported in Description
2425740 3.5 Events: When a daily schedule is configured for RSA zones, the zones are armed and disarmed at the scheduled time, but the armed and disarmed events are generated at the end of the day.
2224766 3.4 Tasks: In vertical mode, RSA targets are not displayed in the Investigation task.
2222049 3.4 Tasks: When a zone has been deleted in the Investigation task, the map is not displayed in the report.
2146166 3.3 Fiber SenSys: After modifying the Tracking system connection section, and then refreshing the connection, the connection might fail.
Workaround: Wait a minute, then refresh the connection again.
2145739 3.3 Fiber SenSys: After modifying the tracking system's Properties page, and then refreshing the connection, the entity might go offline and remain red for several minutes.
1754306 3.0 Wizard: After clicking Finish in the Add tracking system wizard, you see the message The entity that you modified was modified by another user or by the role. Your changes have been replaced. This error occurs when the last page you had open was the Properties page of an entity.
Workaround: Close the wizard. On the selected entity's page, select the Identity tab. Click Add an entity > Tracking system, and complete the wizard again.
1745443 3.0 Dual displays: When Security Desk is in full-screen mode and spans two monitors, and the Export report button is on the secondary monitor, the export dialogue box does not display.
Workaround: Move the report task to the main monitor to see the Export report button.
1729722 3.0 Tasks: When you select a target on the map of the RSA investigation report, the same target is selected in the Monitoring task.
1138768 2.0 OPTEX: When the plugin role fails over, OPTEX lasers lose connection to the plugin because each laser is configured to point to the IP address of the plugin server, instead of a host name.
Workaround: After a failover, change each OPTEX laser's Destination IP Address to the IP address of the active plugin server.
1103686 2.0 Role: If you switch the RSA Surveillance role to use a different database as part of restoring a database, you must reassign a map to each zone.
1020634 1.1 Maps: After setting an RSA zone drawn on a map to Unassigned, the RSA zone continues to behave like an assigned zone.
Workaround: Close the Maps task, and then reopen it.
