Locking PTZ controls to track an RSA target - Restricted Security Area Surveillance 4.2

You can lock PTZ controls of a camera so that users with a lower user level cannot move the PTZ camera, while it is tracking a target.

1. In Security Desk, open the Maps task.
2. From the map, click a target.
   In the RSA intrusions panel, the target is highlighted in the Targets list.
3. Click Lock target tracking ().

Results

When viewing video from that PTZ camera in the Monitoring task, the PTZ widget displays the user that has control over the PTZ controls.
