To prepare your Quanergy lidars for integration with Security Center, you must configure specific settings.

Before you begin

Preparing your tracking system is part of the larger integration process. Follow the steps before and after step Prepare Security Center in the Integration overview for the RSA Surveillance plugin.

What you should know

  • The default TCP ports used by the RSA Surveillance plugin and the Quanergy Qortex server to communicate are 17161, 17168, 17172, and 17177.
  • For information about changing the settings.xml file on the Qortex server and all device configuration, refer to your manufacturer's documentation.
  • If the user interface described in this topic is different than what you see, make sure that you are running a compatible version of the Qortex software.

Procedure

  1. On the Qortex server, in the settings.xml file, enable the following publishers by setting format to json or xml:
    • QTRACK_OBJECT_LIST
    • SENSOR_HEALTH_STATE
    • QORTEX1_ZONE_LIST
NOTE: RSA does not support protobuff serialization.
  2. Restart the Qortex server.
