If you are unable to unlock a SALTO door, hotel room, or suite despite having the credentials, you can verify the status and battery level of the door in Config Tool.

Procedure
- From the homepage in Config Tool, open the Area view task.
- Select a SALTO door, hotel room or locker from the entity browser, and click on the Custom fields tab.
Results
NOTE: The fields appear as read/write, however any changes made to
these fields will be overridden immediately with the value from the
entity.
