To save time when assigning mobile credentials, you can assign them to multiple
cardholders and visitors at the same time.
What you should know
Cardholders and visitors require a first name, last name, and email address for a
mobile credential to be assigned to them.
Procedure

From the homepage, open the Credential management task.

At the bottom of the task, click Create mobile
credentials.
The Search dialog box opens, listing all cardholders and
visitors that have an email address.

Filter the search results with the filters in the side pane.

Select the cardholders and visitors to which you want to assign a mobile
credential:
- Hold Ctrl and click specific cardholders or visitors in the list.
- Hold Shift and select a range of cardholders or visitors in the list.

Click Select.
The Create mobile credentials dialog box opens, listing the
cardholders and visitors that you selected.

From the Use the following profile list, select a mobile
credential profile.

(Optional) Modify your selection by clicking Add to selection or
Modify selection, and then selecting more cardholders or
selecting a new list of cardholders. Click Select.

Click Create.
Results
The
Mobile credentials dialog box opens, listing the cardholder and
visitors you selected, and the status of the mobile credential creation. If the credentials
were successfully created, the status beside the cardholder or visitor says
Success,
and the credentials are listed in the
Credential management task.
If
the creation failed, the status says Failed with a reason for the failure. Depending
on the reason for the failure, make the required updates in your configuration, and then
click Retry or Retry all.
After you finish
View the status of the credentials on the
Credentials page of the Mobile Credential Manager role. After the
Mobile ID is redeemed, the
Mobile credential status is
Active,
and the
Invitation status is
Acknowledged.
