You can verify which cardholders are granted access to a particular door side or elevator floor at a specific date and time, using the Door troubleshooter report.
This report is helpful, because it allows you to see what the configuration of a
door or elevator is, and determine if their properties must be adjusted.The door troubleshooter does not examine each
cardholder’s credentials. You can further diagnose the cardholder’s access rights using
the Access troubleshooter tool.
If necessary, test your access
control configuration.
