From the Config Tool, you can reconnect multiple ALPR units that use the LPM protocol.

What you should know

Procedure

  1. In Config Tool, ALPR > Roles and units.
  2. Right click on an ALPR manager role, and click Reconnect ALPR units (LPM protocol).
    Alternatively, click Maintenance > Reconnect ALPR units (LPM protocol).
    A pop-up message displays the progress.
  3. Repeat the previous step for each ALPR role that has offline ALPR units using the LPM protocol.
