After generating a report, the results of your query are listed in the report pane. This section lists the columns available for the Wearable camera evidence task.
- User
- The name of the officer who captured the evidence.
- Evidence name
- Name of the evidence as given by the body-worn camera (BWC) device.
- Capture time
- Start time of the evidence capture. For video evidence, it is the start of recording.
- Upload time
- Start time of the evidence upload process. This process involves offloading the evidence file from the BWC device to the Wearable Camera Manager role, uploading the evidence file from the latter to the Archiver role, and converting the evidence file into a format that can be viewed in Security Center.
- Conversion status
- The status of the evidence file conversion. The possible values are:
- Error

- Pending
- The evidence file has been offloaded and is queued for conversion. This happens when too many video files are offloaded at the same time.
- In progress
- The conversion of the evidence file is in progress.
- Completed
- The conversion is completed. You can find and view the video evidence in Security Desk using the Archives task.
- N/A
- The conversion does not apply because the evidence is not a video or does not need conversion.
- Conversion progress
- The percentage of completion of the conversion process.
- Resources
- Name of the evidence file offloaded from the BWC device. When the conversion failed or is not applicable, this file is kept in the BwcTransfer folder under the Security Center installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Genetec Security Center 5.x by default) on the server hosting the Wearable Camera Manager role.
